BOBBI KRISTINA'S BOYFRIEND PLANS TO GO TO COURT

Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend , Nick Gordon is planning to go to court  because he had been banned from visiting Bobbi Kristina at Emory University Hospital in Georgia where Bobbi is hooked to a ventilator.
This news was made known by his cousin Jerod Brown in an on-camera interview with Atlanta's "NBC 11 Alive"
He says Nick Gordon is very emotional about everything going on and the fact that he is not getting the opportunity to be at Bobbi's bedside and tell her he loves her.
You will recall that allegations of foul play have been muted on Bobbi Kristina tragedy, where she was found unresponsive in a bath tub and Nick Gordon has allegedly been fingered by some family members of Bobbi Kristina as having a hand in the tragedy.
Nick Gordon's lawyer has however refuted that he is going to court.
He says that Nick is only doing prayers for recovery of Bobbi Kristina.
