Popular Nigerian Singer, Davido has donated the sum of 250 million naira to Orphanages all over the country.
The singer took to his social media few days back to drop his Wemer Bank account number to solicit for a 100 million support from his friends and fans which he claimed he needs to clear his Rolls royce.
Following his claims, the singer was able to Garner the sum of 200 million naira within 48 hours from his fans and friends which includes Billionaire Femi Otedola, his first baby mama, Cynthia Momodu, Don jazzy and many others.
However, to the surprise of all, the singer donated all the amount he received plus his personal fund of 50 million naira to the orphanages in Nigeria.
This sparked great controversy and reactions as people call him "OBO man of the year 2021"
Reacting, Reno Omokiri, the former assistant to President Goodluck Ebere Jonathan, sited that most of those that contributed for the singer would have not done so if he had disclosed he is giving out the money to orphanage.
